CLEVELAND, Miss. — Caleb Allen has wanted to be a college basketball player for as long as he can remember.

The 2022 Edgewood High School graduate will admit he didn’t see it happening here in the Magnolia State, more than 600 miles from home in northwest Mississippi. Allen said he’s a
