Monroe gives scrappy effort, but Fenwick emerges victorious with 19th straight victory in rivalry series

MONROE — It wasn’t the smoothest of games, but Fenwick High School boys basketball coach Andy McCarthy was overjoyed to take the win and run back to Warren County on Tuesday night.
