Changes at Carlisle: Former Indian player Koogle chosen to lead program after Clodfelter’s resignation

CARLISLE — Josh Koogle is returning to the Carlisle High School football program as a first-time head coach.

The 2011 Carlisle graduate is replacing Scott Clodfelter, who resigned after five seasons as the Indians’ head coach. Koogle is slated to receive school-board approval Jan. 22.

“I’m really excited about it,” Koogle said
