Hamilton puts up good fight, but can’t stop Fairfield from extending win streak to 12 in rivalry series

HAMILTON — The Fairfield-Hamilton prep girls basketball rivalry has been one-sided in recent years and that didn’t really change Wednesday night, but the gap may be narrowing a bit.

Fairfield handled Hamilton for the 12th straight time by earning a 48-37 Greater Miami Conference victory at the Hamilton Athletic Center
