ROSS TOWNSHIP — David Lane is optimistic about the 2023-24 Ross High School boys basketball season, even after taking a big hit in the preseason.

The Rams are coming off a 10-13 campaign, the squad’s first losing record since going 6-17 in 2016-17. Now they’ve lost standout junior guard
