CARLISLE — Tony Phillips is looking for a bounceback season for his Carlisle High School girls basketball team in 2023-24.

The Indians were 4-19 last season and just 10-37 over the past two years, but they’ve got a lot of experienced players returning for Phillips’ sixth season at the helm
