FAIRFIELD — Backed into a corner, the Lakota West High School football team came out fighting Friday night. 

The three-time defending Greater Miami Conference champions landed body blows early and delivered the knockout punch before halftime in a dominating 33-0 win in the Great American Rivalry game in  front
