ROSS TOWNSHIP — The general vibe within Ross High School’s football program this summer depends on the moment.

The Rams have their smallest team in the Kenyon Commins era, thanks to the ongoing pay-to-play hardship athletes are facing. But they have some talent and reasons to believe that the 2023 campaign
