Hoevel continues to throw zeros, keys top-ranked Badin in D-II district semifinal conquest of Reading

HAMILTON — Justin Hoevel has been so good this season that it was startling when the Badin High School senior pitcher nearly gave up a run Tuesday.

The Reading Blue Devils came to Alumni Field looking to challenge the state’s top-ranked Division II baseball team in a district semifinal and
