Franklin’s bid for D-II district title halted by Kenton Ridge, but 19-win season brought ‘all positive vibes’

ARCANUM — Jim Miller only saw the bright side of Franklin High School’s first trip to a district championship game since 2015.

The Wildcats’ Division II postseason run ended Friday afternoon with an 11-0, five-inning loss to Springfield Kenton Ridge at Arcanum, with Franklin finishing 19-9 in Miller’s 12th year
