Monroe’s season ends with another painful defeat as Sidney holds on for 51-48 D-I sectional victory

VANDALIA — Monroe High School’s boys basketball team went down this road many times throughout the season. More times than not, it didn’t turn out so well.

There’s no question the Hornets were consistently competitive in 2022-23, and they were again Wednesday night in a second-round Division I
