FAIRFIELD — Alivia Scott remembers her goals every time she jumps in the pool, which is practically every day.

The life of an elite swimmer is no joke. It takes almost obsessive dedication and countless hours in the water. And Scott, a Fairfield High School junior, feels like she’s built
