CJ stuns Badin with goal at end of regulation, then triumphs on penalty kicks in D-II district semifinal

BROOKVILLE — The celebration was literally seconds away when Badin High School’s boys soccer team got struck by lightning Monday night.

That lightning came in the form of Dayton Chaminade Julienne sophomore Philip Dix, whose 25-yard free-kick goal with 15 seconds remaining in regulation not only tied the Division II district
