Last-minute touchdown lifts Monroe to 2-0 and first victory over Butler County rival Ross since 1998

MONROE — It took more than two decades, but Monroe High School’s football team finally got to celebrate a victory over Butler County rival Ross.

The Hornets had to rally to do it, getting a touchdown run from Brayden Reece with 26 seconds remaining Friday night to edge the visiting Rams
