MIDDLETOWN — Fenwick High School’s football team believes it’s on the upswing, yet there’s still much to be proven.

The Falcons haven’t had a winning season since 2018 and went 3-6 last year. Now they’re trying to make a major jump in Mark Mueller’s second season
