Ritzie recalls ‘crazy experience’ in Badin’s run to state final, eager to direct offense all year in 2022

HAMILTON — Alex Ritzie got tossed into a whirlwind at the end of the 2021 football season. Even now, it all seems a bit surreal.

Ritzie was the junior varsity quarterback for Badin High School all year and a backup for the varsity … until suddenly he was competing for a Division III
