COLUMBUS — The seedings don’t see Ely Emmons as a serious contender at the Division II state wrestling tournament. He thinks otherwise.

The Badin High School senior was a No. 3 seed at state last year and earned his way to a sixth-place finish at 195 pounds, becoming the first placer in
