Top-ranked Alter too strong for Edgewood, which suffers second straight defeat after winning SWOC title

ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP — There was hope in the Edgewood High School locker room prior to Tuesday night’s home game against Kettering Alter. The Cougars believed they could pull off the upset win over the state’s No. 1-ranked team in Division II.
