McNicholas outduels Fenwick down the stretch, earns split of regular-season GCLC series with 58-53 win

MIDDLETOWN — Mike Holweger is hopeful that a breakthrough is on the horizon for his Fenwick High School boys basketball team.

He likes this group. He likes its work ethic and mind-set. But wins have been hard to come by in Holweger’s first season as head coach.
