Franklin shrugs off slow start, buries Carlisle with defensive pressure to extend winning streak to 11

CARLISLE — Once Franklin High School’s boys basketball team flipped its defensive switch, the rout was on.

It might be hard to believe with the final score, but the Wildcats actually trailed host Carlisle 17-12 late in the first quarter Tuesday night before romping to a 68-29 Southwestern Buckeye League
