Ross trending in the right direction, fights off Butler County rival Madison to improve its record to 6-2

ROSS TOWNSHIP — It wasn’t the smooth, crisp performance Ben Buehner was looking for, but winning ugly isn’t a bad thing when you’re trying to build some tradition.

Ross High School’s girls basketball team defeated visiting Madison 37-31 on Wednesday night, improving the Rams’ record to 6-
