Badin’s Mathews runs to first state berth, Talawanda’s Lippincott earns second straight trip to Fortress Obetz

TROY — Two local girls will be competing next weekend at the state prep cross country meet at Fortress Obetz in Columbus.

Badin’s Abby Mathews and Talawanda’s Hannah Lippincott both competed with their teams at Saturday’s regional meet in Troy and finished as qualifying individuals.
