MONROE — Monroe High School’s football team used a powerful running attack and capitalized on three Franklin turnovers Friday night to secure a 28-7 homecoming victory.
It was also a Booster Bowl triumph in this series and the Hornets’ first conquest of the Wildcats since 2015.
Monroe improved to 6-1 overall
