MIDDLETOWN — Mark Mueller has high expectations in his new role as Fenwick High School’s head football coach.

The Falcons are coming off a 1-7 season, their worst record since going 1-9 in 2001 and their first losing mark since going 3-7 in 2008, and now they’re learning new systems with
