OXFORD — When it was finally time to celebrate Saturday afternoon, Ross High School’s girls swimming & diving team was ready to do just that.

It was a moment of historic happiness for the Rams, who ended Talawanda’s eight-year dominance of the Southwest Ohio Conference and captured their first
