MADISON TOWNSHIP — There may or may not be a title for Waynesville High School’s girls basketball team to celebrate this season, but the Spartans aren’t conceding anything.

Waynesville is nearing full strength in a campaign that’s been hampered by injuries and quarantines, and Tim Gabbard’s crew
