ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP — The process is working for Fenwick High School’s boys basketball team. Kelven Moss can see it.

The second-year coach is watching his highly regarded Falcons gradually elevate their game this season, and it’s a journey that led to a decisive 56-40 road win over Edgewood
