Fairfield uses big second half to handle Middletown, pushes record to 2-0 in GMC competition

FAIRFIELD — Fairfield High School boys basketball coach D.J. Wyrick emerged from the locker room wearing a broad smile Saturday night. 

Wyrick had watched his squad execute a near-flawless second half to pull away for a 62-47 Greater Miami Conference victory over visiting Middletown at the Fairfield Arena.
