SEASON PREVIEW: Franklin isn’t big on experience, but Bales likes his team’s talent and potential

FRANKLIN — Tradition is a big deal within Franklin High School’s boys basketball program.

The Wildcats are the defending Southwestern Buckeye League Southwestern Division champions and have won nine SWBL titles in Brian Bales’ first 13 seasons at the helm.

Bales doesn’t have a roster loaded with veterans this year
