Badin shows promise after shaky first quarter, falls to visiting Taft in season opener

HAMILTON — Ian Sabourin found himself back on a basketball court Tuesday night. It was a good place to be.

The Badin High School junior guard made his varsity debut and scored 10 points in a season-opening 56-40 loss to visiting Taft at Mulcahey Gym, so it was a benchmark event in
