OXFORD — Talawanda High School’s girls basketball team is trending in the right direction.

The Brave were just 2-21 in Mary Jo Huismann’s first season as head coach and improved to 9-14 last year, and the Ohio Basketball Hall of Famer believes that trend can continue this season.
