Talawanda, Franklin, Fenwick, Badin runners thrilled with being first-time state qualifiers

TROY — Four local girls are headed to the prep state cross country meet for the first time.

In Division I, Talawanda junior Hannah Lippincott and Franklin freshman Kensi Black finished among the top 20 individuals at last Saturday’s regional meet near Troy Memorial Stadium to advance, while in Division II
