Meyer’s heroics cap late surge as Badin roars from behind to conquer Monroe

MONROE — Lizzy Meyer was right in the middle of a frantic comeback that Badin High School’s girls basketball team probably won’t forget anytime soon.

The Monroe Hornets? They’re not likely to forget it either.

Visiting Badin caught fire in the last four minutes Saturday afternoon and earned
