New Monroe High School football coach Bob Mullins is looking to bring his Hornets, who were 2-8 in 2018 and 22-49 over the last seven years, back to winning this season.

MONROE — Monroe High School football coach Bob Mullins didn’t have to look far to see his blueprint for success.
